What to Expect
on Your First Time to FBC
Expect friendly people who are glad you chose to come.  We're people of differing sizes, shapes, colors and backgrounds.  Diverse ages, incomes, and interests.  Some are homegrown, others transplanted. Together, we are family  And our hope is that you'll come to experience the joy of our family as we share in worshipping and serving the Lord.
What to Expect During Our Worship Services
Our worship services include a blend of contemporary praise and worship music as well as some more traditional hymns. Our student orchestra accompanies the music portion of our service, along with piano and organ accompanyment.  Preaching is from the Bible.  We encourage you to bring yours if you have one and follow along as our pastor shares and teaches from the Word of God.  Worship begins at 10:50 am each week.
What to Expect as You Arrive
Parking is available all around the perimeter of our campus.  There is special parking designated for first time guests and visitors along North Catherine Street outside the entrance to our worship center. There are a number of handicap spaces around the permieter as well.  If these spaces are already full when you arrive, a variety of parking lots adjacent to much of our campus offer additional space.  Access the parking diagram to learn more about the location of these lots. Access parking diagram.

Greeters will welcome you at the door and can assist you in any way needed.  We invite you to visit our Welcome Center to obtain more information about FBC and to obtain directions or any assistance you may need.  Door greeters can help direct you to the Welcome Center.  If you've arrived for worship, come on in and make yourself at home.  We're glad you came!
What to Expect for Young Children
Our Nursery is available for children 3-years and under.  The Nursery is located directly behind the choir/platform area in the Worship Center.  You can access the Nursery through either set of doors on the sides of the worship platform.  Our Nursery is staffed by regular volunteers who have completed a background check and training.  We ask that you register your child as you arrive to help us know more about them and any special needs they may have.  You may request a pager so our staff can contact you during worship should your child need attention that is beyond the realm of our volunteers.
Getting Connected
Sunday School groups are the best place to get connected with other people.  This small-group environment is the place where relationships are formed and friendships are made.  We have groups for every age group, from the youngest child to the most senior adult. Sunday School groups meet each week at 9:30 a.m.  Click here to access Sunday School information.
